NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Marc 2, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 004488 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST SERIES 2015-1, is Plaintiff and LAGUNA RIVIERA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., et al., are Defendant(s).
I Angelina M. Colonneso, clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on April 5, 2016 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 107, of LAGUNA AT RIVIERA DUNES I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1984, Page 4242, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
