NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment dated October 5, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CC 003271 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 2207, Building 22, THE TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE II, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2096, Page 1874, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records Manatee County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on April 5, 2016.
