Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on May 19, 2015, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on February 25, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 20, BLOCK “A-2”, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE, SUBPHASE B, UNIT 1, TRACTS 320 AND 321, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 36 THROUGH 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 11304 PARKSIDE PLACE, BRADENTON, FL 34202-1829
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on March 30, 2016 beginning at 11:00 AM.
