HART; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOY A. HART; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING THROUGH THE FARMERS HOME ADMINISTRATION, UNITED STATES DEPTARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 07, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
