NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 22, 2016, and entered in 2012CA-001667-0000-WH of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF NOVASTAR MORGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-2 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and CATHERINE FARINHA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CATHERINE FARINHA; IMPERIALAKES COMMUNITY SERVICE ASSOCIATION I, INC. A/K/A IMPERIALAKES COMMUNITY SERVICE ASSOCIATION PHASE 1, INC.; IMPERIALAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are the Defendant(s).
