NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 29 day of February, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14CA01290, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE CSMC MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and FRANCISCO R. FERNANDEZ. JR. A/K/A FRANCISCO R. FERNANDEZ UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANCISCO R. FERNANDEZ. JR A/K/A FRANCISCO R. FERNANDEZ N/K/A YANIELLE FERNANDEZ; and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A FRANCISCO R. FERNANDEZ, SR. IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 31 day of MARCH, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
