F/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and UKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE BETTY J. THURNER A/K/A BETTY JEAN THURNER, REVOCABLE TRUST, UNDER DECLARATION DATED JULY 29, 1991, AS RESTATED IN ITS ENTIRETY ON JULY 26, 2001; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE BETTY J. THURNER A/K/A BETTY JEAN THURNER, REVOCABLE TRUST, UNDER DECLARATION DATED JULY 29, 1991, AS RESTATED IN ITS ENTIRETY ON JULY 26, 2001; JEAN ANN THURNER; JAMES WILLIAM THURNER; FIELDSTONE VILLAGE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WILSHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY are the Defendant(s).
