NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2016, and entered in 15-CA-050864 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXITING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH M. SANDERS, DECEASED. ; KAY L. SANDERS A/K/A KAY SANDERS; BLUE WATER COACH HOMES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SCOTT SANDERS; STUART SANDERS are the Defendant(s).
