SANGSTER F/K/A KELLY M. PRAY; DAVID C. PRAY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KELLY M. PRAY N/K/A JAMES SANGSTER; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; SANDOVAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID C. PRAY are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 18, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
