NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2016, and entered in 15-CA-051066 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP SECURITIZATION TRUST SERIES 2014-1 is the Plaintiff and NANCY AMMONS; ROBERT SHELBY AMMONS JR. A/K/A ROBERT SHELBY AMMONS A/K/A ROBERT S. AMMONS JR.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; TAX COLLECTOR OF LEE COUNTY are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 18, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
