NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Vacate Foreclosure Sale dated February 25, 2016 entered in Case No. 2013-CA-051192 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTER ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-WMC3, MORTGAGE PASS-THOUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC3 is Plaintiff and RAFAEL ARREDONDO, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County Online Public Auction website: www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on April 11, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
