NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-050542 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2004-AC5, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-AC5, is the Plaintiff and, Joshua Gunaratnam, as Trustee of the Montserrat Trust Dated 18th Day of February, 2006, City of Cape Coral, Joshua D. Gunaratnam a/k/a Joshua Gunaratnam, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Montserrat Trust Dated 18th Day of February, 2006, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 4 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
