Gederberg, The Villages at Country Creek III Homeowners Association, Inc., The Villages at Country Creek Master Association, Inc., U.S. Home Corporation, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 4 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 24, BLOCK F5, VILLAGES AT COUNTRY CREEK UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 30 THROUGH 35, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
