NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 3, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-CA-051006 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and Kevin C. Clarey a/k/a Kevin Charles Clarey a/k/a Kevin Clarey; Mari I. Clarey a/k/a Mary Fabick a/k/a Mary Clarey; The Unknown Spouse of Kevin C. Clarey a/k/a Kevin Charles Clarey a/k/a Kevin Clarey; The Unknown Spouse of Mari L. Clarey a/k/a Mary Fabick a/k/a Mary Clarey; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee on Behalf of the Certificateholders of the CWHEQ Inc., CHWEQ Revolving Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-I; Florida Housing Finance Corporation f/k/a Florida Homeloan Corporation; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00AM on the June 2, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 4921, CAPE CORAL UNIT 74, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 111 THROUGH 131, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
