NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 3, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-051455 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and CINDY MARIE GRAY A/K/A CINDY M. GRAY F/K/A CINDY MARIE COLLINS A/K/A CINDY M. COLLINS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 4 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 13 and 14, Block 979, Unit 26, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 117 to 148, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
