Pursuant to F.S. Section 177.101, the Board of County Commissioners will consider a petition to vacate the county's interest in a portion of a platted easement along the rear lot line of Lot 49 located within the Plat of Gulf View Estates, Unit 1, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Location: Lot 49, of the Plat of Gulf View Estates, Unit 1, Sarasota, Florida
Petitioners: Vera E. Ferreira by her attorney in fact, Francis Bisson.
Information and/or plans are available for public inspection at the Real Estate Services Office, located at 1660 Ringling Boulevard, 2nd Floor.
If an objection is filed, the objecting party will be invited to appear and be heard at a scheduled public meeting before the Board of County Commissioners at a certain time and date. If you prefer not to appear in person, written comments filed with the Clerk of the Board will be heard and considered.
