LYLE; KIMBRA L. LYLE; REGIONS BANK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO AMSOUTH BANK ; CC: BATTAGLIA, ROSS, DICUS & MCQUAID, P.A. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 05, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTHERLY 21 FEET 4 INCHES OF LOT 224, AND ALL OF LOTS 225 AND 226, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

LOTS 1420 AND 1421, SOUTH VENICE UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
