NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, on the 23rd day of February, 2016, in the cause wherein Solutions Real Estate, Inc. d/b/a Solutions Realty, Plaintiff, and Nancy A. Stratton a/k/a Nancy A. Burns, Defendant, being case number 15CA1120NC, in said Court, I, Thomas M. Knight, as Sheriff of Sarasota County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the Defendant, Nancy A. Stratton a/k/a Nancy A. Burns, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
Commence at the U.S. Government Meander Corner on the East shore of Casey Key (now Siesta Key) between Section 33, Township 37 South, Range 18 East and Section 4, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, as restored in accordance with the U.S. Government Field Notes of the original survey of 1909 and represented by a 4” by 4” concrete monument; thence using the township line as an East bearing, run East along the township line a distance of 103.58 feet to the center line of an existing travelway; thence N 30°46'00” W along said center line of travelway, 133.79 feet; thence N 28°00'00” W, 100.00 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 62°00'00” W, 220.00 feet to the line agreed upon per Ordinance No. 83-78, dated October 5, 1983, Sarasota County, Florida; thence N 23°37'04” W, along said line, 91.61 feet; thence N 62°00'00” E, 221.12 feet; thence S 28°00'00” E, 91.34 feet; thence S 62°00'00” W, 8.12 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. All land lying Westerly of said ordinance line shall be the property of Sarasota County, Florida
LESS AND EXCEPT:
That portion of the above described land conveyed to Sarasota County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida by that certain deed recorded in Official Records Book 1745, Page 2011, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

I shall offer this property for sale at 2071 Ringling Blvd Sarasota, FL 34237, County of Sarasota, Florida, on April 13, 2016, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said Defendant's, Nancy A. Stratton a/k/a Nancy A. Burns, right, title, and interest in the aforesaid real property, at public auction and will sell the same, subject to taxes, all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND. The moneys received through the levy on sale will be paid as prescribed by F.S.S. 56.27 and in accordance with the American Disabilities Act, persons needing a special accommodation to participate in this proceeding shall contact the individual or agency sending notice not later than seven days prior to the proceeding at the address given on notice.
