NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-006747 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB, is Plaintiff and MAGNUS SARBAH, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 11th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19 AND THE WEST 29.1 FEET OF LOT 21, BLOCK E, THE UPLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
