AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BANK ONE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2001-KS2 is the Plaintiff, and THERESA R. GIBSON; RONALD M. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
