NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reopen Case, Amend Final Judgment and Reset Sale dated the 19th day of February, 2016, and entered in Case No.: 51-2013-CC-000720-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in and which the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am. on the 4th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 16 of New River Lakes Villages “A8”, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 78, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
