NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2016, entered in Case No. 2014CA002345CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Steve Warner; Kim Warner a/k/a Kimberly Warner; Regions Bank ; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 11th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
