NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 25, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-010921 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein NATIONAL COMMUNITY CAPITAL FUND TAMPA #1 LLC, is Plaintiff, and LENIR LACOUR A/K/A LENIR J. LACOUR, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot No. 7 in Block No. 3 of OAKS AT RIVERVIEW, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 103 at Page 1, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
