NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale docketed February 15, 2016, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-002305 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Indenture Trustee For HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2005-3, Mortgage Backed Notes, Series 2005-3, is the Plaintiff and Angela Rosa Disbrow, Complete Property Services Inc, Harbour Island Community Services Association, Inc., John D. Disbrow, MAC Papers, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., P&R Renovations And Interiors Inc, Parkcrest Harbour Island Condominium Association, Inc., Parkcrest Harbour Island Marina Association, Inc., The North Neighborhood Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant(s), are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
