NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-019111of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and Kristen R. Rocha, et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 30, Block 14, REVISED PLAT OF MARYLAND MANOR, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, page 7, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 4207 W Santiago St, Tampa, FL 33629
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
