NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of February, 2016, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-006903, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is the Plaintiff and DEBRA SCHLOTTERBACK; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 4th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1,2,3, AND THE NORTH 46 FEET OF LOT 4 IN BLOCK 1 OF CORRECTED MAP OF DOWNING SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12 AT PAGE 20 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
