AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE KB HOMES LOANS, A COUNTRYWIDE MORTGAGE VENTURES, LLC-MIN NO. 1000157-0007178691-3; BLACKSTONE AT BAY PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A NIASHIA NICKLES, are defendants.
