NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 27, 2016, entered in Case No. 10-CA-009786 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, fka The Bank of New York as Successor in interest to JP Morgan Chase Bank NA as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc. Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust 2005-8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and Albert Jones; The Unknown Spouse of Albert Jones; Lavel C. Dumont, Sr. a/k/a Lavel Dumont, Sr.; The Unknown Spouse Of Lavel C. Dumont, Sr. a/k/a Lavel Dumont, Sr.; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; First Horizon Home Loan Corporation A Dissolved Corporation; Live Oak Preserve Association, Inc.; Willow Bend At Live Oak Preserve Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 23rd day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
