NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment In Favor of Plaintiff, The Hammocks Townhomes Homeowners Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 23rd day of February, 2016, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on April 15, 2016 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 2, Block 42, Hammocks, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 107, Page 45 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 8553 Trail Wind Drive, Tampa, Florida 33647 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
