NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 07, 2013, and entered in 11-CA-013960 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and RAMIRO CARDENAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAMIRO CARDENAS A/K/A MARIBEL CARDENAS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 04, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
