NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-CA-009107 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and CARA S. DAVIS; MICHAEL A. DAVIS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100015700082623659); STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A MYLES DAVIS, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 14th day of July, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 3, SEMINOLE HEIGHTS OF NORTH TAMPA, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
