NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-016055 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS TRUSTEE OF THE AMERICAN MORTGAGE INVESTMENT PARTNERS FUND I TRUST is Substituted Plaintiff and KIMBERLY PITTMAN a/k/a KIMBERLY DIANE PITTMAN, et al. are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on June 24th, 2016, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
