NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 09, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-004188-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF ATHILL S. MOORE A/K/A ATHILL SINCLAIR MOORE A/K/A ATHILL MOORE, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK B, SUN HAVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE(S) 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
