CONDOMINIUM UNIT 46, BUILDING 3A, HIDDEN OAKS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED DECEMBER 20, 1982 AND RECORDED JULY 22, 1983 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3400, PAGES 281 THROUGH 385 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3421, PAGES 1951 THROUGH 1961, OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3430, PAGES 126 THROUGH 139, OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3473, PAGES 1964 THROUGH 1978, OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3473, PAGES 1979 THROUGH 1993, OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3487, PAGES 1446 THROUGH 1460, OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3512, PAGES 1005 THROUGH 1023, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
