NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 01, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-007505-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and JOSE DIAZ A/K/A JOSE A. DIAZ A/K/A JOSE E. DIAZ A/K/A JOSE EMILIO DIAZ A/K/A JOSE H. DIAZ A/K/A JOSE E. MERCED DIAZ A/K/A JOSE ANGEL MUNDO DIAZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 02 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 217 FEET OF THE NORTH 200 FEET OF THE SOUTH 400 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 31 EAST, ALL BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
