NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 26, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-005632-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and ELUTOV, INC., et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 3723-02, Building 14, of Ashley Court, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 3638, page 2053, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida; together with an undivided share in common elements appurtenants thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
