NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2015, and entered in 15001627CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH4 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH4 is the Plaintiff and CHAD HOLBROOK A/K/A CHAD E. HOLBROOK; VICTORIA HOLBROOK; FLORA PINKERTON A/K/A FLORA R. RAINES-PINKERTON; TIMOTTHY W. PINKERTON A/K/A TIMOTTHY PINKERTON A/K/A TIMOTHY R. PINKERTON; PINNACLE FINANCE, LLC are the Defendant(s).
