NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 29, 2016, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA000893AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein ROUNDPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and ARLETTA R. HOUSE AS TRUSTEE OF THE RAYMOND H HOUSE AND ARLETTA R. HOUSE FAMILY TRUST DATED DECEMBER 12, 2000, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 247, Southwind at Five Lakes, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1184, Page 574 through 659, inclusive, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
