Reed a/k/a Betty Elaine Reed a/k/a Betty Reed, deceased, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Betty E. Reed a/k/a Betty Elaine Reed a/k/a Betty Reed, deceased, United States Of America, Acting On Behalf Of The Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 7th of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
