Callaway aka Mary Callaway, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #1 nka Janice Ware, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 7th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
