NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-003169-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon Fka The Bank Of New York, As Trustee For The Certificateholders Of Cwalt, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2005-40cb, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-40CB, is the Plaintiff and Lauren D. Langford, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Elmer Tatum, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 7th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
