AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-HE2 is the Plaintiff and CLERY V. RODRIGUEZ A/K/A CLERY RODRIGUEZ; YOLANDA A. RODRIGUEZ A/K/A YOLANDA RODRIGUEZ; CASTLE CREDIT CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Stacy M.
