NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment dated March 4, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-001041 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., Plaintiff and ALBERT F. KOEBERLEIN, SHARON J. KOEBERLEIN are defendants, I, Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on April 7, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT(S) 5, BLOCK B OF PELICAN LAKE R V RESORT, UNIT 1 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 82 TO 85, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
