NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 8, 2016 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
The Easterly portion of Tract 4, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 97, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Tract 4, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 97, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, pages 95 and 96, public records of Collier County, Florida, thence North 89 degrees 40 minutes 50 seconds West along the Southerly line of said Tract 4, 340.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 32 minutes 55 seconds West along a new line of division 330.04 feet; thence South 89 degrees 40 minutes 50 seconds East along the Northerly line of said Tract 4, 345.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 19 minutes 10 seconds West 330.00 feet to the point of beginning.
