NUTTER & COMPANY, is the Plaintiff and JAMES A. LYTLE, JR. AND VIVIAN A. LYTLE, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE DECLARATION OF TRUST OF EVEN DATE HERETWITH, KNOWN AS THE JAMES A. LYTLE, JR. AND VIVIAN A. LYTLE LIVING TRUST; JAMES A. LYTLE; VIVIAN A. LYTLE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL, at 11:00 AM on April 7, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
