IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA - CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on April 7, 2016, at eleven o'clock, a.m. in the lobby, on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit No. 1706 situated in Tower No. 1 of SOUTH SEAS NORTHWEST CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, as so designated and described in the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 889 at pages 1634 thru 1771, and any Amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided 1/418th interest as tenant in common in the Common Elements of the property as described in the Declaration of Condominium; also known as 380 Seaview Court, Marco Island, Florida, 33937.
