INTERNATIONAL CAPITAL INVESTMENT COMPANY II, and THE UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION,
Defendants.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 28th day of January, 2016, and that certain Order Cancelling Sale Pending Hearing on Motion to Stay dated May 2, 2016, and entered in case No. 14-CA-000059 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WYLDEWOOD LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and INTERNATIONAL CAPITAL INVESTMENT COMPANY II is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 2 day of May, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 48-C, WYLDEWOOD LAKES CONDOMINIUM PHASE XIV, a Condominium
according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 1446, Pages 2229-2326, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
