NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2016 and entered in Case No. 14-CA-051955, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2004 PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-MHQ1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and HYACINTH ANTHONY CILL; HIGHLANDS GARDENS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANTS N/K/A, CLIVE A. BROWNE AND GLORIA BROWNE, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 9 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 5 AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF HIGHLAND GARDENS, FILED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 118, THENCE NORTH 89°08' 14'' EAST A DISTANCE OF 54.00 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 01°56'26” EAST A DISTANCE OF 102.84 FEET TO THE NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF PALM BOULEVARD, THENCE SOUTH 88Ëš03 '34” WEST ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF PALM BOULEVARD A DISTANCE OF 54.00 FEET, THENCE NORTH 01°56'26” WEST A DISTANCE OF 103.86 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
