Final Judgment was awarded on March 11, 2016 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-051340, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and FREDERICK W. BRADY; TRACY E. BRADY AKA TRACY E. MASTAIN; JANICE R. SCHEUERMAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANICE R. SCHEUERMAN, UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE JANICE R. SCHEUERMAN TRUST DATED 07/27/1986, and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above named Defendants, are Defendants.

LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 2334, UNIT 36 CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 112 TO 130, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
