NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11 day of March, 2016, and entered in Case No.15-CA-050595, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-A7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and VERONICA I. VEGA-CURTIS A/K/A VERONICA VEGA-CURTIS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MICHAEL J. WHITENECK; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 25 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
